Getting Started
We know there is a lot of content here. Where do you begin, especially if you’re new to learning about IFS?
We’ve provided a short guide to help you get started. None of the links listed below is necessary, but this is a good sampling of content for beginners.
Types and Location of Content
We offer content in various formats, which you can find in the “Content” menu above. There is also a “Content by Subject” link in that menu, which will be useful for searching by specific topic.
Most of our freely available content is listed in the “Content” menu. However, the “Courses” menu lists a few courses that are available on particular topics.
“Interior Integration for Catholics” Podcast
Dr. Peter’s regular podcast offers a series of in-depth discussions, often with guests who are experts in a Catholic view of IFS.
Recent episodes are available on Youtube with video content.
Semi-Monthly Reflections
Dr. Peter’s regular reflections offer in-depth dives into various topics about Catholic IFS.
Experiential Exercises
Though not a separate type of content offered on this site, you will find experiential exercises offered in many of the posts and podcasts.
These exercises offer concrete examples of beneficial interactions with your parts, and can be very helpful as you start your IFS journey.
