Film Review: The Matrix, A Christian Allegory of Sorts with Prophetic Warnings

Spoilers Ahead! The Matrix is a science fiction film that debuted in 1999 starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, and Hugo Weaving. It was written and directed by the Wachowski brothers (now the Wachowski siblings). It won Academy Awards for best film editing, best sound, best sound effects editing, and best visual effects, all while competing with Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Watching it again, I believe the film holds up very well.
